A MILWAUKEE MAN SAYS THAT A CITY OF MILWAUKEE FIREFIGHTER CHOKED AND BEAT HIS SON RIGHT BEFORE HIS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION & it’s BEING COVERED UP
Dear Tory Lowe,
On Fri May 31 my son’s stepfather continuously harassed him via email while he was running errands with me. After I dropped him off at his mother’s home at approximately 6 pm his stepfather Shane Smith who works for the Milwaukee fire department and worked for the police department in the past began to harass, and verbally assault my son. When I called my son at 7:15 pm to see how he was doing he stated Shane had choked him, began to punch him and he had to try to defend himself. I sent the police to his mother’s house in Milwaukee and began to head that way.
By the time I got there, several police officers were on the scene and Shane had fled before they arrived. Because he is a firefighter they had to call several supervisors to the scene. He was arrested several hours later. The district attorney is looking to cut him a deal, and get him to help with his alcohol problem which will lead to no jail time and that is unacceptable. He needs to be held accountable for assaulting a 17-year young man who has never been in any kind of trouble two days before his high school graduation. I want the community to know what is going on. This man should not get a pass cause he works for the city fire department. I need the city council and the fire and police commissioners to take action.
If this was anybody else we’d be in jail, CPS would be involved and the charges would be very severe. I need justice for my son and this sorry excuse for a city employee needs to be behind bars. Please share this post and help me bring awareness to this incident of child neglect. This happened a few days before my son’s graduation. My son walked across the stage with bruises from this man now they are trying to give Shane a slap on the wrist.

CPS has taken 2kids from mom because she receives SSI
Daughter was raped @3 nothing was done to the people foster home she was in.
Then the son was mentally, Physically,sexually abused by his father. No punishment for him. The boy was beaten with a black eye by staff member @ St Charles ( the child stated),mother took him to hospital and CPS came and took him back to his abusers. They are threatening to send him out of town without the mothers consent to another state to a child detention facility. He is 14yrs. Old. His father was having him eat his own feces and kept him locked up!! Can you help this mother get her kids back. She gets SSI. No arrests No criminal record.
