MILWAUKEE — The FBI announced on Friday, March 15 that it is now offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps locate 2-year-old Noelani Robinson. An Amber Alert was issued for Noelani on Monday after her mother, Sierra Robinson, was murdered near 91st and Mill — allegedly by Noelani’s father, Dariaz Higgins. Father is now in custody and police are still searching for the baby.
