I have shocking footage of West Allis police OFFICERS injecting a unarmed black West Allis inmate with animal tranquilizer after they beat him inside the jail.
Javon Lattimore has had several run ins with the West Allis Police that he claims to be police misconduct. Back in May of 2015 a encounter with officers became something Javon never could of imagined.
After being tossed inside a holding cell police returned with a medic. What Javon thought was a medic coming to inspect his injuries from the police beating, he was injected with a animal tranquilizer according to medical records.
Ketamine is used on a whole range of animals, including elephants, camels, gorillas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, guinea pigs, birds, gerbils and mice. The substance is indeed used as an anaesthetic for horses, but it is also widely used as a human anesthetic but because it does not suppress the respiratory system it has powerful hallucinogenic effects.
Javon Lattimore had got a lawyer who was investigating this. The full video is 59 minutes. Javon wants a full investigation into the practices of the West Allis Wisconsin Police Department.
